This is certainly the best exercising app Ive tried. The levels are just right, and allows you to start where you are at. The demonstrations are very helpful if you dont understand what the exercise is. Thank you!
I love the structure of the Gorilla workout and how I can choose the level that best works for me. I dont have any interest in trying to figure out what exercises to do, so I love that I can go to it everyday and just follow what it says, knowing Ill get a good workout.

Looks good,straightforward us, not overly complex workouts, lots of choices.
No equipment, not much space, sweating by the end! I no longer have any logical excuses to miss a workout.

I use the 100 push-ups iap every year as I prepare for my push-up test in the reserves. I rotate it with the sit-ups and squats signature workouts. Gorillas focus on goal-oriented workouts is much more effective than anything any drill sergeant ever did for me. I wish the daily reminders option did something. I guess its supposed to be for the Apple Watch, but it doesnt indicate that.
This app is a great no frills body weight exercise training app. Many exercises are in the rotation and 4 levels of difficulty. Keeping each workout interesting and different. Thanks, Gorilla Workout!
Has tutorials for every exercise and is very easy to work into a busy schedule!
Very good app, I love it. I only have one complaint, sometimes the video example does not match the written description. Eg mountain climbers

I started level 2 to get ready for ski season. Lots of squats and lunges were exactly what I needed, and although each workout is pretty short they definitely made a difference. I plan to continue with the program over the summer.
This is a great way to kick start a lazy excuse filled gas bag like myself into better shape. I have a small gym in my condo but always used time as an excuse. Not anymore....
I appreciate having everything I need to be able to do a move correctly, safely and efficiently by watching the videos. At first I thought the videos unnecessarily slow and wordy, but gee, its amazing the stuff you pick up when u listen! Duh! :))
Gym not required! Start low and work your way up, different levels mean you dont need to be intimidated, go get started!
