Great for military PT prep
I use the 100 push-ups iap every year as I prepare for my push-up test in the reserves. I rotate it with the sit-ups and squats signature workouts. Gorillas focus on goal-oriented workouts is much more effective than anything any drill sergeant ever did for me.
I wish the daily reminders option did something. I guess its supposed to be for the Apple Watch, but it doesnt indicate that.
