Amazing app to do workouts everyday with no need for gym equipment. Need to improve: the menu (go back functions), better explanation of the program (how many days a week? How much time between sets), and could have their own counter and timer. Muito bom para quem quer se exercitar sem a necessidade de equipamentos, precisa melhorar vários aspectos para eu dar 5 estrelas.

Just what i need to train without equipment

Good, but could be better.

The app and the workouts are good. Some exercises are not perfect for training at home, f.e. jumping around or pull-ups. Alternatives to this exercises would be great and helpful. The orientation problem with the video clips on the iPad is really annoying. Hopefully this is fixed soon. I am using the app on the iPhone and the iPad, so iCloud sync would be great. Also the possibility of looping the demo movies would be a great additional feature.

Quite Good

The idea is really great. The only Thing Im missing is that there could be some more Description about how much brakes you have to Take between the rounds, ot at least an advice, that you dont have to Take brakes at all. All in all very goood app!!!!

Your app made me reach my personal record of 20 pull-ups last night. Thanks for this nice training plan! I just purchased All Signature Workouts just to say thank you! One addition I made to the end of every pull-ups training: one inverse pull, i.e. for 30 seconds I slowly let my arms get longer and longer ;-)

Gorilla Workout is a good and varying workout program. I just started with Level 1

Excellent Workout App for whatever you want to work on!

Entirely body weight exercises and almost no equipment needed (depending on what you are doing you might need a chip up bar). Great diversity of programs for all muscle groups (and cardio) which start and progress based on your ability level. Videos for all motions if you dont know them or want to correct your technique.

Super easy

This is a great app. Takes all the thinking out of "what should I do next?" Also the fact that it requires no equipment at all is awesome. Great app. Thank you.

I enjoy the program layout i feel pumped after my workouts! The three max reps really lets you push yourself.

Really like it!

Varied exercises and progressive. Permits going at your own speed. Helps to keep flexibility and strength. A great fit for me. The best I have found. Have using this app for last couple of years. 68 years old and I am above level 2. Love it to add to cardiovascular exercise such as brisk walking, bicycling. Have recommended it to others.

Caution seniors

Ive enjoyed the program and benefited. However, Im an aerobically fit 68 years old who does some light weight-training as well. However, Ive had some issues with Gorilla: 1) my knees arent so healthy and the number of squats and lunges seems to be aggravating and sometimes leads to joint pain. 2) I found the squat-thrusts encountered at level 2 caused severe low back pain and stiffness the next day. 3) Ditto for classic sit-ups at level 2. 4) I couldnt do the pull- ups when I got to level 2. There are no work-arounds offered when you cant do an exercise or it causes pain. I still do it but omit exercises that are problematic.

Great

I have been using for a couple of years now, I have done the 100 burpees, killer core and I am working on the 100 push up and 25 pull-up workouts. It s a good program at a good price, it will keep you working out for a long time. I do wish it had more advanced exercises like the handstand push up, one arm push up or muscle up. Once you completed level 4 there is not much else to do. However I do like it a lot.

Great for busy moms

Can do most exercises at home in 15 minutes. As a busy mom working full time, sometimes this is all I have the time or energy for! Great option for those days Im just too tired to make it to the gym. The only flaw, I dont have a pull up bar to do the pull-ups so I improvise on that part with different exercises.

Your gym at home

I usually waste equal of my time travel to the gym than working out. Its a great way to save time, train well and say goodbye to fat and hello muscles
