Best thing is you can do the workouts without hurting yourself. Some other apps ask for too much. Gorilla has the balance. And if one workout is not enough you can always start another one. I did not give 5 stars since i think customer service, response and intetest is really weak.

Works very well, the best app for body-weight exercises. It would be great an integration with other tracking/cardio/stats apps, like runkeeper, fitbit, notch.me etc.

I work out at lunch each day. This is a great body weight app to use for an office work out. Has help me get in much better shape. Excellent exercise and then mix of exercises.
This workout so far is great. Works really well with my shoulder injury. Also cant do heavy weights while chiropractor is straightening my spine back out but this works really well for that also. May not go back to heavy weights
I liked being able to set my own start level. Easy to do at home or on the road with no wasted time. Im a happy customer.
Been doing the 100 push-ups and its challenging but working! Also started doing the other programs in the app and its great for beginners.
This is a great body weight starter program. It slowly eases you into more advanced movements and hits all the smaller stabilizer muscles.
There is good variety in the exercises and the workouts are short so its hard to come up with an excuse in order to avoid exercising.
Most of the exercises you have to pay extra for. Does have some basic workouts that come with it. Not bad for $1
