Easy to follow
Good body weight workouts.
I combine these effective workouts with my own warmup and cooldown. The simplicity motivates me to get on it every day.
I dont workout nearly often enough. But with the app, I can start wherever Im at and feel like Im getting in a great workout. Great for my small apartment.
I work from home and like shorter workouts I can do in my living room when I have a few moments. These fit the bill perfectly and are still challenging enough I feel like I am getting a real workout.

Great short exercises. Only about a half hour, perfect for when you dont have access to a gym.
I like the videos and the fact I can start at a lower level. But only time will tell if I keep at it long term!

This app gives great direction on some really effective calisthenics workouts. I love that you can easily scale the workouts based on your current fitness level. When I get through my first program I plan on getting some of the challenge workouts that look phenomenal.

I really love this app. Being able to workout at home with an effective exercise plan, helps me work my total body and build endurance. I love having the video demos because they reassure me on how to do the exercises in the proper form. And one of my favorite features is the Workout Reminders. Finally, I love the improvements that have been made over the years - especially the feature that lets you jump back to previous workouts when youve taken a break from your routine.
I recently joined a fitness club due to my lack of structure and accountability when it comes to getting back in shape. Since then, I have been utilizing this app on my resting days as a way to work on correct posture and movements. In addition, the workouts are quick and efficient enough for me to work up a decent sweat before heading off to work in the morning. 60 days going strong, I have noticed a significant difference in my overall appearance as well as in my energy level. The video tutorials are very effective and the true beauty is that most workouts can be done at home. As a proud user for the 60 days, I must say that I highly recommend this app for anyone that is looking to slim down, tone up or even take on a whole new approach to overall health and well-being. I proudly recommend it to my colleagues who struggle with accountability like myself. The fitness levels are pretty accurate for beginners to professionals. On a last note, the ability to track your progress provides ample motivation and is guaranteed to keep you coming back to further test your limits while doing good for your full body and health!
Additional workouts are not included... But the one that comes with this app is Great so far!
Ive only tried one work out, but I think Im going to enjoy these.
App is straight forward and easy to use. Does what it says. The only problem is if I have enough disciple to keep it going :)
