Your app made me reach my personal record of 20 pull-ups last night. Thanks for this nice training plan! I just purchased All Signature Workouts just to say thank you! One addition I made to the end of every pull-ups training: one inverse pull, i.e. for 30 seconds I slowly let my arms get longer and longer ;-)
